These meals are geared towards individuals managing chronic diseases, including high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, heart and kidney disease.
In-Home Concierge Service
In-Home Personal Chef Experience
A luxury wellness dining experience—crafted by a chef, guided by nutrition, and served in your home.
What’s Included:
Chef Cassondra prepares all meals fresh in your home kitchen
*Up to 3 full meals per day (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner — or 3 entrées tailored to your needs)
*Personalized menu planning and culinary medicine-informed meal design
Grocery cost is billed separately based on your selected ingredients
*Initial in-home tasting experience to refine your preferences (One-time fee: $450)
Investment:
$125/hour – 4-hour service window
Total: $500 per service day includes 1 hr. of shopping time

These programs were created out of a passion to bring healing through food, combining Culinary Medicine principles with soul-nourishing comfort. As a chef and culinary medicine specialist, I understand how vital food is to both physical and emotional healing.

Meals Delivered Weekly or Biweekly. Made fresh and delivered to be reheated or frozen for your convenience
Each quarter, I will release a curated rotating menu of 8–10 meals
Delivery Policies
Meals will be delivered to the specified address unless we are otherwise notified.
Delivery fees are $1.20 per mile charge.
Orders in by Sunday evening (9 pm) will be delivered on Wednesday | Orders in by Wednesday @ Noon will be delivered on Saturday.
