We ask you to complete and return the Personal Assessment Form to have on file and we tailor prepare your selected meal choices according to your likes and dislikes, as well as any doctor’s requirements. Included in the assessment are questions about your current lifestyle and food preferences. Once we have your completed profile, we will determine your delivery date. You can subscribe here with our Monthly menu options to get started. Choose a minimum of 3 or up to 5 to make sure you are never left with that dreadful question…… What’s For Dinner?
Option I: In-Home Personal Chef Plan

Our quality food storage containers are essential to protecting the freshness and quality of the meals we prepare.
After choosing your menu option, I will forward some background information of the most updated research I could find about our strategy for your new lifestyle, as well as a selection of food items and pre-planned menu options.

Delivery Policies
All requests for any changes must be received by 5 pm, two days prior to the requested change. Any change request received after this deadline will be subject to a 20% charge of the requested change.
Deliveries outside of our designated 15-mile radius are subject to an additional $1.20 per mile charge.
Split deliveries (i.e. breakfast and lunch to your office and dinner to your home) are available for an additional charge.
Meals will be delivered to the specified address unless we are otherwise notified.
All deliveries are made by noon on Saturday
