Ready, set, cook!  We take to learn the organization of the kitchen!

  • Kitchen Safety & Sanitation
  • Safety & Equipment
  • Product Identification
  • Basic Cooking Principles
  • A Day In The Kitchen
Learn new skills about how to keep the kitchen safe and sanitized. Develop a sense of taste and smell, while identifying and matching different products. Read food labels and recipes.  Snacks will be served $200 per 5-day week or $60 per day. Full week campers receive an apron to decorate, recipe note book and take-home toolbox on the last day. Single day campers may purchase an apron for $10, and a toolbox for $20.00   SIGN ME UP!

June 11-15, 2018

This fun–fill week program will prepare students for the basic skills of culinary arts and the preparing of healthy snacks:

Baking Techniques Camp

Learn to bake Cookies & Cupcakes!

Each day we’ll learn a new baking skill from cutting in butter, to making a tea-worthy Scone, and like all our offerings, we’ll whip up both savory and sweet to keep our budding chefs cheering! $245. per 5-day week or $60 per day.  Full week campers receive an apron to decorate and recipe book on the last day. Secret  Ingredient Camp

Join us as we battle it out like they do in the Iron Chef’s Kitchen Stadium. With a new secret ingredient each day to guess, taste, prepare and enjoy, we’ll be whipping up recipes galore. And the secret ingredient is… it a surprise!  All camps feature both savory and sweet. Let’s get cooking! $245 per week or $60 per day. Join us as we cook our way through mystery baskets and surprise ingredients to prepare a starter, main course, and dessert to dazzle our palates and inspire our budding chefs. All camps feature both savory and sweet recipes from our signature Spinach Potato Appetizers to Brownie Bites, and Banana Pudding. Cupcake & Cookie Challenge

July 16- 20, 2018

Get ready to join in the fun as we put a Thowback spin on the classic cupcake and cookie with our favorite savory and sweet recipes. Have you ever made Savory Thumbprint Cookies or Quinoa Cupcakes?  Fruit Pizza Sugar Cookies or Pineapple Upside-Down Cupcakes?  We’ll tackle culinary techniques, master new skills, and put your culinary creativity to the test. The week will conclude with a Battle Cupcake complete with fondant decorating, leaving all budding chefs cheering for more! $250. per 5-day week or $49 per day. Junior Chefs Cook-Off Camp

Show off your skills and learn new techniques in what is sure to be the highlight of your week. Featuring challenges that are similar to those you see on your favorite cooking shows, including Team Challenges, Mystery Baskets, and Individual Flavors, as we create culinary treats that are both savory and sweet. Your chefs will put a fun spin on recipes ranging from Black Bean Taquitos to Carrot Veggie Crackers, and everyone’s favorite Tiramisu Cups. New recipes that are sure to impress. We’ll whip up both savory and sweet recipes, so your chefs leave ready for future stardom!Now let’s get cooking! $245 per 5-day week or $60 per day.
