Chef Cassondra Tells Fellow Chefs in Chicago and NYC to 'Eat This, Not That!!'

 

Chef Caassondra fired up both regional conferences of the American Culinary Federation with a healthful cooking demonstration, "Eat This, Not That!" She presented to chefs from around the globe at ChefConnect: Chicago on Feb. 7, 2017, and at ChefConnect: NYC on Feb. 27, 2017.

 

 

 

"It was great and well received! I used information from my cookbook 'Good Food Good Meat Praise The Lord, Lets Eat!' and my weight loss book '21 Days ...A New You!' to showcase lifestyle changes for people newly diagnosed with hypertension and diabetes," said Chef Cassondra, who is committed to educating the world about the importance of healthful eating and cooking. 

 

"Eat This,Not That!" included an overview of 15 Foods That Cure!  They include:

 

Carrots: great for the eyes and skin

Tomatoes: support the heart

Walnuts:  boost brain function
