I used information from my cookbook 'Good Food Good Meat Praise The Lord, Lets Eat!' and my weight loss book '21 Days ...A New You!' to showcase lifestyle changes for people newly diagnosed with hypertension and diabetes," said Chef Cassondra, who is committed to educating the world about the importance of healthful eating and cooking.
